My Passport 1 TB making scratching Sounds

Hello Everyone,

My Passport 1 TB, has suddenly started making some scratchy sounds and the hard disk is not getting detected, I run Windows 7, it says to format the hard disk and the hard disk is getting recognized as a Local Disk and not as ‘’ My Passport ‘’ as it used before the scratching sounds started…please help…neither am I able to use My hard disk nor am I able to access the extremely important Data…

There are partition problems and physical problems it seems

The noise indicates imminent failure

Look for a recovery program and retrieve the data before the drive is gone for good

Replace or Upgrade ASAP
