My p**bleep**port not detected by other pcs or laptops

I use my WD p**bleep**port 500gb on mac. Though earlier it showed on other laptops, it is not being detected by other pcs or laptops. Kindly help.

Hey there, If you use a drive on Mac, you will not be able to use the same drive on PC because of the format. Apple and Microsoft use different formats and unless you reformat the drive, you will not be able to se it on Windows computers, In case you want to use the drive on both Windows and Mac, you need to format the drive on Windows and get a third party utility called NTFS 3G on the Mac to read Windows formatted drives. You could search this info using a search engine

like Google or any other.
