hie i am new to all this iam trying to enable my wd n900 central remote access but i get internal server error 500 i have tried to restore to factory settings but still no joy

I am not aware of the current WD My Cloud app supports the WD MyNet N900 Central. I’d recommend sending an E-mail to WD Support about this.
