My Mycloud X2 keeps disconnecting all network users

Hi,
Our Mycloud X2, frequently losing network connection without any power loss or any notification.
Even the dashboard is not getting opened. We have unplug the power cable to shutdown it and plug it back to get it normal.

Any solution for this?

I changed the black network cable that came along with the device, now issue seems to okay.
