I have a problem. So I installed the device for the first time and the program opened, but whenever I clicked on ‘‘Backup’’ nothing happened. So I was trying to find a way to make it work, and I decided to ‘‘Erase Disk’’ in order to clear all the existing information and start from scratch. However, when I did that, my computer couldn’t find the disk anymore…so I Uninstalled the WD Smartware program and then wanted to reinstall it but when I connected the device, my computer was unable to read it… I don’t know what to do. Can anyone help? Thanx!
