Hello,
I use this hard drive for movies and photos only and have not tried to reformat it. Used it only with my PC. I can no longer see it in my computer or access any files. This is tragic. Does anyone know how to fix this? Today I connected it to my husbands PC and it did not recognize it either.
What OS are you using? If it’s Windows look in Disk Management and see if it’s there and what it says.
