My External Hard Drive Studio doesn't work

Very frustrated. This is my 2nd WD external hard drive. I plug it into the computer and nothing happens.

I’ve downloaded all the garbage WD tells me to at the “download” section and nothing. Any ideas?

If you have a Studio drive, did you first format it? That drive comes HFS+ for Mac and Windows will never let you use that drive until you format it…
