My drives are registered incorrectly, please help!

So for some reason when I go to RMA a new drive that decided to ■■■■ out on me I get this message: 

Your account has been set up as a WD Reseller. If you would like to create an RMA online as a reseller, please go to the Reseller Home Page.

I’m not a reseller I’m an end user. Can someone please remedy this so I can send this drive back to when it belongs?
