So after letting windows update install a few gigabytes now my computer seems to take a lot longer to turn on and sometimes just moving from one application to another seems slower. I thought updates are supposed to help your computer work faster!
Sounds like you might be running out of space the drive needs space to move files around. Your should first check for any applications that are space hogs. Programs like games you might not play anymore can take a lot of space sometimes. You could also try running disk cleanup it will help you get rid of cache or temp files that aren’t needed. If neither of those things help you could always backup important files format and reinstall windows. Sometimes you just have start from scratch.
