I was saving files in my book essential, and the electricity went off, so when the electricity went on I open the computer and check if my files where saved, but the computer cant the detect my book essential. I tried to plug it to another computer and still nothing happen.the light on my wd is blinking. what can I do? please help…
Is it showing in the BIOS under Main? Also many BIOS’s have an option to run a HDD test (using SMART) that may give you more info.I had faced similiar problem with my WD Elements 2TB
