My Clous OS5 firmware update - offline

I have successfully updated my cloud to OS 5 and logged in to it, it seems good. but after a reboot, it never works again, it can’t be accessed from anywhere, network, local IP to admin, or web login, nothing comes out.

Opened a ticket Reference #: 211014-003817

this is not good.

Please advise.

Have you looked at the User Manual and performed a reset using the pin (Reset button) on back of the device? See Appendix C: Troubleshooting, page 90.

I did follow these steps, but nothing is working, and I am very much disappointed still shows offline
