I have successfully updated my cloud to OS 5 and logged in to it, it seems good. but after a reboot, it never works again, it can’t be accessed from anywhere, network, local IP to admin, or web login, nothing comes out.

this is not good.

@pavan.pulijala Have you looked at the User Manual and performed a reset using the pin (Reset button) on back of the device? See Appendix C: Troubleshooting, page 90. My Cloud Personal Storage User Manual (wdc.com)

I did follow these steps, but nothing is working, and I am very much disappointed still shows offline
