My Cloud will not connect to PC with cable

Had used WiFi to connect to My Cloud and it worked fine. Then a few month ago the back up folder on My Cloud disappeared.
Then trying to connect to My Cloud with a USB - USP C cable and all I get is this meg:

I tried both a hard reset > 40 sec and a soft reset > 4 sec but nothing helped :thinking:

Followed the advice in the link, but it did not solve the issue.

(PS: There is no “Tools” icon in Windows 10’s File Explorer.
It has to be done by View => Options => In Folder Options open View)
