Since the last upgrade I am unable to play music on my iPad while using a EE 4g mobile dongle, I keep getting the error message unable to play media file. I can stream ok whilst on home wifi network but just not on the 4g mobile network. Any ideas will be welcome. Many thanks.

Have you tried using a different device with the dongle?
It could be a limitation of the service that you are getting through the dongle.

Yes, I am able to stream My Cloud using the same dongle on my nokia windows phone.
