My Cloud Sync is only syncing with half the folders in the Document folder, it does numbers and pages and then stops and does not move on. I am syncing Documents which have a number of folders in , including numbers and pages etc. Any suggestions what I am doing wrong?

Try to remove the device from WD Sync, then restart your computer. Once restarted, open WD Sync and add the My Cloud again.
Pause and resume the syncing using the icon on the tray.
