Every time I connect my 2 TB Segate HDD to the USB port of my My Cloud 3TB, the server crashes and I cannot mount the seagate drive on my Imac.
Does anybody have experienced such issue and can give me a solution?
Are you referring to the media server only, or actual access to the entire root of the NAS?
