My Cloud PR4100 / EX2 Ultra Login My Cloud OS5 504 Error

I find most of model My Cloud PR4100 / EX2 Ultra have login issue with 504 Gateway Timeout issue since March 10 2024. I try login my cloud OS5 on device or PC or Mobile Phone but have same error .I try to enter error password but it could show my wrong password but i input right password it wait a long time and page show The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application. I think cloud service may have some module issue need WD official engineer check it .

All device model include My Cloud PR4100 / PR2100 / EX2 Ultra with firmware were 5.27.161 (January 22,2024)


Have you checked the sub-forums for the devices you have? Have you looked at the User Manuals for your devices?

@Cat0w Thank you for your quickly reply i had already check all issue device include : change different ISP vendor / Reset Device / try use account login at web page at different kind of device PC or mobile but all of them show 504 Error .Even i try to login different Country device it show same error .it seems not some area login issue
