Hi all,
Whilst all the other phones, tablets and pcs I have accessed mycloud files from, one of the tablets I set up (android 10) can run mycloud app, see the files, even export to pdf, but if I try to export a file to share, or try to open an xls on the NAS from in excel, the program stalls on exporting - thanks in advance for any help anyone can offer - I have already wiped the app’s data and reinstalled mycloud os5 a few times and did the same with office 365
