My Cloud Not Backing Up To ElephantDrive

I realized my My Cloud EX2 has not been backing up to ElephantDrive. I can’t figure out why, though.

When I go to the My Cloud | Cloud Backups | ElephantDrive I first see Status - Waiting. Then it will change to Status - Ready.

In ElephantDrive, I have the all backups set to Continuous.

Whenever I login to My Cloud, it seems like it quits backing up, after it times out and logs me back out. It’s as if it’s only backing up when I’m actually in My Cloud looking at the Cloud Backups.

The drive is attached to our network.

Any ideas?

Did you portforward the ElephantDrive ports from your My Cloud EX2?
