My Cloud moved to new router, not recognized by mobile app

I recently installed a new router on my home network, which caused all my IP’s to move from the 10.0.0.x range to the 192.168.1.x range. I have successfully brought up my My Cloud NAS on the new network and I can it just fine from my linux laptop on IP 192.168.1.130 (prior IP was 10.0.0.130). I have the NAS set to static IP. Unfortunately, the My Cloud app on my mobile phone can no longer “see” the NAS and I assume it’s due to the IP change. I’ve uninstalled/re-installed the app on my phone but that didn’t help at all. Anyone have an idea as to how I can reconnect to the NAS from my phone?

Thanks in advance for any help!

Does your phone show on the list of devices connected to your router?

Yes, the NAS and phone are connected to the same network.

Edit: i know that’s not precisely what you asked. I’ll check when i get back home

More than likely, the WD servers need a bit to “find” the NAS at the new network address. This might take a few hours. . .

The phone, I believe, is dealing with WD external servers regardless of the network the phone is operating on.
