My Cloud Mobile App Data lost

Hello,

Me and my girlfriend using the Mycloud EX Ultra. We also have the mobile app.

Unfortunately she deleted inside the mobile app an folder with many pictures.

I have the recycling bin activated but I can’t see the deleted folder. I can only see deleted pictures when I delete them on my PC.

But deleted files will not be shown when I use the mobile app.

Anyone have any advice?

There is a sub-forum in the Community for the My Cloud EX Ultra. Does your device have OS3 or OS5?
