My Cloud Mirror appears to keep restarting

My Cloud OS 3 Personal & Network Attached Storage My Cloud Mirror

When I powered up my unit it keeps restarting
Orange power light
two flashing blue drive light
flashing blue power light
then unit goes off
and we start again
Any ideas
