Please don’t get so ‘hot’ so quickly. Yes, we ALL get like this when something doesn’t work all of a sudden. But you must remember, we are just regular people like you. Unfortunately, we have the same exact issue with ATT routers!
Do share what the repair guy says when he shows up. Wanna bet he tells you it’s the WD?? How do I know? Because that is exactly what they told me!
This forum and all the wonderful people here helped me get my WD Cloud working within minutes.
Just get yourself a switch that was suggested. Me? I used my old Linksys router between the WD & ATT piece of junk. (and yes I was told it would slow my access down…but it’s been fine)
