My My Cloud Mirror will not allow a sign in from online, it just starts to do a signing in and stays at that point. Locally, I have complete access to the unit. I have been mostly just using it as synchronized local central storage for my 5 in-home PCs and not for the Internet capability. I have ample storage including a new 8TB WD Easystore purchased 20 days ago from Best Buy. I am not using the WiFi to connect except on my Tablets and my tablets can’t connect in either.
I have had support before and I know how to use them after getting Signed In but can’t get past that step.
I now have the unit being addressed on a 2nd system, a 2nd Windows 10 on my laptop with 192.168.1.3 as IP. I have not signed on or tried, I need access to the data on the unit.
I have Seagate backup and Microsoft One-Drive software trying to get in on the act but I refuse to use those. I did use a Google drive for the first time recently. Could there be conflicts with these others?
