My cloud home web app issue

Hi,

Currently i am using WD My Cloud 3TB, recently when i trying to access using the My cloud home web app, but after i login in the page just keep refresh nothing show,

The ios app and the desktop app was running smoothly, but seem like only the web app have this issue, please advice what i can do ?
