My WD Cloud Home has the latest drivers, I’ve closed out all the other programs, it and my computer are plugged directly into my gigabit router with ethernet cables, I’ve disabled any WD third-party apps. I don’t know what else to do.
Edit: Nothing else is backing up to it either.
