The good news is that our files are ok.
I open the box ( is not easy) , remove the hardDrive and was abble to acess to all my files via Linux software ( Diskinternals Linux Reader) and already put them in my windows computer with no problem. Files are Not encriped.
A tip for everyone, even if you have a wd cloud/onedrive/google drive, is always safer to have a extra hardrive and backup the files from the wd to the local drive, for situations like this or others, such as WD is broken. I alway have my local backup fortunatly.
I sugest start doind the same
Notes:Nothing on cloud/internet is safe, and in IT world remember that everithing is possible.
