My Cloud Home is Offline and the device is slowly blinking for several days.
I already change the ethernet connection with the router and the problem persists.
I’m not able to do nothing, I lost the connection to the server in my Plex Account.

Problem solved
The problem was with my Internet provider more precisely with their router.
The router one day was not able to get a valid IP address using any Ethernet cable or port.
After the company replace the router I was finally able to access My Cloud Home.
