My cloud Home is offline

My Cloud Home - Personal Cloud Storage My Cloud Home

My cloud home was working fine for couple of months, suddenly the device went offline, and the connection status is failed and the device have solid blue light.

IP address is not static, using DHCP, the time and date is correct.

I tried to perform 40s reset but the issue did not resolve.

Please help
