I am Stephen Olude, an integrator at automate and Design Ltd.
we have integrated many of your devices into ELAN system for our customers as NAS, and we do create an audio file path using the IP address of WD cloud driver on the configurator which does work fine. but of your recent products, I have been finding it difficult to access the driver through IP address, in which as a result of that I can’t create the audio file path from the configurator. Kindly assist me on what to do, currently, I have two systems to integrate this driver on.
