My Cloud Home duo fan problem

Good morning,
the fan of my MyHome duo always spin at maximum speed making a terrible noise. I tried to reset the NAS, to uninstall the HDDS but nothing worked.

Anyone encountered this problem before?
There is a solution?

This has been described before in this subforum, it is a motherboard short and is likely irreparable unless there are other descriptions not described in the very short original post above.

It helps a bit. The Duo is much harder to open, believe me. Need now to troubleshoot. My unit has the fan working all the time, the led blink once, the HDs don’t spin and the Ethernet don’t “blink”. I really liked the MHC Duo and it worked well until an electric discharge through the Ethernet cable. Hard to find the board design and support material that can make easier to find the defect.
