I have the My Cloud Home Duo and files were lost when I tried move a directory. I cannot figure out how to access the raid drive to retrieve the lost files. Can you help?

The WDMYCLOUD with OS3 Firmware 04.xx.xx is for use on a local network only. You should post this topic in the sub-forum for the My Cloud Home.

The My Cloud Home Duo is a completely different device than the OS3 My Cloud. It uses a different operating system and had and has different features/options than the single bay/single drive OS3 My Cloud.
