My Cloud Home doesn't boot up. Please help!

I haven’t use My cloud home for several mounts. When I try to use it again it doesn’t boot. My Cloud Home device is connected to a network router with an active internet connection but it has not access to My cloud home servers probably because it has shown slow breathing light for several days and high disk activity. WD discovery and web app show that the device is offline. I still have access to public folder from LAN, so I hope the device is OK. It is not possible to check the device in the network of another ISP right now.
I desperately need my files now.
Please help me to solve the problem and get access to my files. Is it possible to test the link to the my cloud home servers in case the traffic is filtered by ISP? Is it possible to get access to files if I move the HDD to PC? It is not possible to check the device in the network of another ISP right now.

What was the last firmware installed?

Actually since may 2019. I don’t remember what was last firmware installed, it should have been up to date then.
