I had downloaded all files (WD Discovery, Backup, Drive utilities and Security) from link give with my device (MCH). No problem during installation. Try to download the new update file and try again if your problem always exists.
no in my case…this peace of Eng ■■■■ is rally bad…brand new never been able to install on Win 10 and my kid know more then technical support…I wander who the average Joe can install this
