My cloud home constantly flashing white

Help please.

Our My Cloud went a bit haywire a few weeks ago and the white light is constantly flashing. I have disconnected many times and have left for days to reboot.
We have very important information on there which we urgently need.
Any way we can get the information stored? Is there a memory card inside?

i believe it is in recovery mode. I am not fussed about using the system after, i just need to get the data back. I have emailed support, but do you know if there is a memory card inside with the data on
