My Cloud Home 4TB is not working (no ethernet activity/no front white light)

I just noticed that my “almost” new Cloud Home is dead, not working at all, not even switching it to a different power source. One week ago was working just fine, I don’t use it everyday but I got the iPhone app and the auto update so I know when the app and the HD itself is updating.

Is there a way to know if it’s dead? What the warranty covers? Where I can contact Customer Support?

Thank you. When I check the Warranty Status it says “Out of Region”. I bought it in the US and I live in Mexico, for WD, US, Mexico and Canada are The Americas so warranty should apply. What can I do? Or I just have to buy another one?
