I have a new Surface Book on Win 10 and a 3TB WD MyCloud hard drive. I can see My Cloud from my laptop and I have installed My Cloud Desktop App. I have added a folder called “Surface Book” - but how do I get all the files from my surface book to synch to My Cloud? I’ve looked in every setting and menu and know I must be missing something simple… please help
Install the ‘WD Sync’ program?
Or a more capable freeware or commercial sync utility.
I’d also recommend mapping the MyCloud into your tablet’s file system, and using file explorer to access it; WD’s desktop app isn’t essential for accessing the MyCloud local to your network.
