One suggestion if you haven’t done it already, assign a static IP address to the My Cloud through the router’s administration screen.

Also while the My Cloud is showing a blue LED access the My Cloud Dashboard and review the Alert Notifications to see if the My Cloud is indicating a specific problem like loss of network signal.

As a troubleshooting step try putting a switch between the router and the My Cloud.

Does anyone know what port I’m connecting on? Windows 10 SSH defaults to port 22 and that does not work (“Connection refused”).

Also, I have the device runnning now and the light is white, but I can still ping it by IP Address and network name (although I cannot browse to it).
