My Cloud EX2100, When gets connected after couple of seconds goes off, never starts

I notices that after a few pelectric issues in the house the NAS now cannot start, after it gets connected the fan of power supply starts rotating but then after couple of seconds goes off.

I think the issue my be the power supply, I am not sure if any one has fixed this kind of issues before.
