Accsesing My Cloud Ex2 Ultra via web ( using Google Chrome or Firefox ) on my Windows 10 PC I can only see aprox 30 folders, all other are unavailable.
I can see all of them accesing via web on Android tablet
If you drag the scroll bar on the web file viewer down, you should able to see more. Below the window it, should state how file/folders total
I have tried that and when I say 30 files only, that is after scrolling down to the bottom

Perhaps there’s an addon causing issues? EDIT: I was referring to browser addons/extensions.
I would get the SMB addon, and have a native files mount, personally.
