My Cloud Error Message Unable to Connect or Verify Security

I use a My Cloud EX2 with many accounts tied to it for shared document access. Up until 2 weeks ago all parties were able to access the Cloud through www.MyCloud.com without issue. Over the past 2 weeks we have only been able to access from the same IP address as the Cloud’s location, and when accessing form an outside IP address we receive the following error message.

The firmware is fully up-to-date, and when we try to accept the security device the website just times out. Now I am currently receiving this error message, but it is due to issues on the WD end according to their site.

This is a huge issue without being able to grab my files when I am outside of my home location. Anyone have any ideas? Thank you for your help.
