Hello All:

  Anyone else not able to have users log into your servers…I cannot even send email reg to them…I get the message:

FAILED TO UPDATE DEVICE USER

I logged in this morning. What if you turn off remote access, reboot your WD My Cloud, and enable the service once more for a full refresh? Also, is this affecting new user accounts as well?
