My cloud connection problem

Hello, i have a wd my cloud hdd 2T a for two months now i cannot connect to the internet. I tried hard reset a connected through the ui for 1 hour and found a problem on the disk. Then i lost connection and i have tried to connect to the pc directly with ethernet, i made hard reset for several times but there is no connection.
Please give me a solution and inform me if i will lose all my files.
