My Cloud app image quality differs significantly between iOS and Android; how to report this bug?

Hi all,

My GF and I were comparing our both MyCloud apps as her Android version was not able to download images from our NAS of sufficient quality. My iOS version of the MyCloud app delivers much higher image quality.

How to report this bug?

Could it be her phone’s image quality is much lower than your iPhone’s?

Hi Mike, nope don’t think so. She got S9+. I got iPhone X. It’s really in the (pre)view pane of the MyCloud app in which images show up with really lower quality for Android MyCloud app. If you would like to download then, image size is seriously reduced too in case of the android version.
