When I access my cloud drive thru solid explorer the only thing it pulls up is a public directory with no files. What am I missing?
The Public folder and your My Cloud Home are 2 different partitions. You cannot access the Cloud files from Solid Explorer. They can only be accessed on the webapp, mobile app or through WD Discovery app for PC/Mac.
Also the files you place inside the Public folder can only be accessed locally and will not be available on the Cloud.
