Hi guys,
Was streaming to my TV using the My Cloud app on my phone and it was working nicely until I skipped backwards and forwards on the video when all of a sudden, it stopped working. I can see all the directories and files ok and I can happily see the photos I’ve got on the drive but video, nope, it just sits there looking at me, a small circle in the bottom left of the screen circling away.
If I go to home.mycloud.com, I can watch the videos there but, on my phone, nothing.
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app but to no avail, anyone got any ideas?
