Is it down? I can’t seem to connect remotely via both apps on my iPhone. Could it be a side effect of recent firmware update of the drive.
It does work but as mentioned in my other post it looks like their servers are not responding to the request quickly. It’s taking 30-60 secs to load the drive data in. Once in its very fast. If that makes sense!
Have you tried and drive reset and/or power cycle?

Yes done all that. I think it’s your servers. They are too slow to feed the app with the external IP address.
Must of been WD servers as its functioning normal now on the app
