Hi i bought MC gen 1 last week, configured and works good.
But it works only in my home LAN network… my phone can conect out of my home network but my laptop (i maped network storage in windows 10 [1903]) now when i’am out of home i cant conect to my wd … Help pls 
Use the web portal http://www.mycloud.com to access the my cloud on your laptop when outside your local network. Mapped shares are generally non functional when outside your local network.
hymm its ok on my phone works good but on laptop in google chrome page is unavaible… “Conection time out” i think its server proxy or firewall on google chrome. Because on IE all works good
