My device My Cloud 3TB blink of red LED and not boot. How clone Operating system on disk? Exist special utility or service in Russia for restore?
Do a forum search (magnifying glass icon upper right) for “unbrick” for various methods of how to restore the My Cloud operating system. You will need to know if you have a first gen v3.x/v4.x My Cloud or a second gen v2.x My Cloud as the unbrick process is different between the two versions.
