My Cloud 3TB gen2 in safe mode cannot get rid of this

Hi,
I have tried to unbrick my cloud 3TB gen 2 and I have ended in safe mode using uImage/uRamdisk-wdrecovery steps.
Unfortunately I cannot upload original WD firmware Release 2.30.165 (04/12/2017)
Can anybody give me a hint?

Unfortunately, we do not support it. However, you can replace the drive if its still under warranty.
