My backup seems stuck at 16.01 gb of 21.3.

XP on a Dell laptop.

6+ hrs at 16.01

Is there way way to check for a problem?

Wireless upload speed is 7.14 mbps upload and 21.27 mbps download.

I’ve rebooted cloud & computer several times.

Any help?

Your Internet data plan does not affect your local network speed. Your local speed when transferring files between systems depends on your router’s specifications and features.

Is WD SmartWare displaying a file in an exclamation box and flagged as “pending” in the Backup tab?
